I have to keep reminding myself of that since I find myself falling often, but the proper response times are getting shorter. Keep moving forward! A couple of weeks ago I was on-cooking healthy-point! I prepared and had a set menu for two weeks and it was incredible. I’m planning on repeating it this coming week. These photos are from Kabocha Squash and Black Bean Stew and it was okay but I think I needed to doctor it up a bit more. It fed me for a couple of weeks.
